GIH is a solar power solutions provider. We produce photovoltaic, or
PV, modules, and in May 2008, we acquired Adema, a manufacturer of
monocrystalline ingots. As a result of this acquisition, our main lines
of business include the following: |

the manufacture and sale of solar-grade and semiconductor-grade
monocrystalline ingots. Our ingots are sold to PV cell manufacturers
and semiconductor component manufacturers directly, and to a lesser
extent, through third party distributors.
the design, manufacture and sale of a range of PV modules that
include standard modules, black building integrated photovoltaic,
or BIPV, modules and specialty modules for niche end markets
which we believe have
high growth potential, such as solar car
sunroofs. Our PV modules are used to provide reliable and more environmentally friendly electric power than power generated by fossil fuels for residential, commercial, industrial and public utility applications in various markets around the world, including Spain, Portugal, Taiwan, the United States, Germany, Italy and Japan. We sell PV modules to PV system integrators directlyas well as through third
party distributors. |

In addition, we offer PV system integration solutions to customers in the United States, including the design, assembly, sale and installation of PV systems, through Gloria Spire, a joint venture we established in August 2007. |

Due to these history and key milestones, GIH has maintained strong relationships with several leading solar power raw material providers. GIH keep marching forward to establishing the vertical integration from ingots, wafers, module production, to system installation to broaden our geographic presence.

Adema established with a single shareholder, and Adema is the premier provider

Adema acquired additional crystal growing facility located in Rancho Cordova, Ca
can produce solar and semiconductor grade material. |

2006 |
Adema secure a 10-year contract that provides stable pricing guaranteed
polysilicon access through 2016. |

In August, Gloria Solar CO. Ltd,(“Gloria Taiwan) was founded in Tainan, Taiwan. |

In September, Gloria Taiwan has a Cash Increase; actual receipt capital is
NTD$200,000(thousand). |

2007 |
In April, Board meeting of Gloria Taiwan resolve to enter the oversea Stock
Market. |

In May, Gloria Taiwan first 10MW module production line is established. |
|
Gloria meeting of Gloria Taiwan resolve to invest Adema in June. |

Gloria Spire Solar (Delaware) was established on June 30. |

In July, Gloria Spire, a joint venture between Gloria Taiwan and Spire
Corporation, was established. Gloria Taiwan and Spire Corporation own 55% and
45% of Gloria Spire respectively. |

In August, Gloria Taiwan has a Cash Increase; issued its ordinary shares with
NTD $60 per share, actual receipt capital is NTD $450,000 (thousand). |

In August, Gloria Taiwan began manufacturing PV modules on the first production
line and also received license certificate from Underwriter Laboratories Inc. to
produce BIPV modules. |

Gloria Taiwan invested in Gloria Spire Solar through Gloria Spire Solar

In April, GIH issued its ordinary shares to Gloria Taiwan in exchange equity
100% interest in Gloria Taiwan. |
