GIH is a holding company and conducts business through two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Gloria Solar and Adema Technologies. Gloria Solar Co., Inc., incorporated in Taiwan, is a leading manufacturer of high quality solar products including standard PV modules , specialty panels for automobile applications, and building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) modules. Adema Technologies, Inc., incorporated in the state of California, USA., specializes in manufacturing and distribution of mono-crystalline silicon ingots. We manufacture solar-grade and semiconductor-grade monocrystalline ingots. Our ingots are sold primarily to PV cell manufacturers directly, and to a lesser extent, through third party distributors.
We design, manufacture, and sell a variety of standard, BIPV, and specialty PV modules for niche end markets, such as solar car sunroofs, which we believe have high growth potential. Our PV module product has a broad geographical exposure, including Germany, Spain, Italy, Korea, Portugal, the United States, Japan and Taiwan. Customers include PV power plant developers, PV system integrators and third party distributors.

In addition, GIH has established strong relationships with suppliers of polysilicon and PV cells, both of which are important raw materials required for our business. We have entered into long-term contracts with Wacker Chemie AG, and M. Setek for the supply of polysilicon. For our PV module production, we have entered into contracts with E-Ton Solar Tech. Co., Ltd and JingAo Solar Co., Ltd. to ensure a steady supply of PV cells. We believe these strong supply relationships together with the strength of our solar power products enable us to establish a solid foothold in this dynamic solar power industry.

To integrate further downstream, we also conducts business as a PV Systems integrator in USA, designing, marketing, selling, and managing installations of solar PV systems, with particular focus on the commercial/industrial and utility markets. We also established Gloria Solar International B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in the Netherlands, which participates in PV system installations with local partners in the European market.
